Event Registration – Terms & Conditions
By completing this registration form and submitting your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.
1. Registration & Payments
1.1 Your registration is confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been received.
1.2 If you select the Half Deposit option, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 12.01.26
1.3 Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date will result in cancellation of your registration without refund of the deposit.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
2.1 All cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected]
2.2 Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Full Payment
- Cancellations made 10 calendar days before the event are be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
- Deposit Payments
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.3 In the unlikely circumstance that the program/event is cancelled by the organiser, all registered participants will receive a full refund or given.
Event Changes
3.1 The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, venue, or content if necessary.
3.2 Any major changes will be communicated to participants via email.
4. Participant Responsibilities
4.1 Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.
4.2 Any dietary, medical, or accessibility requirements should be communicated in advance.
4.3 Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the event.
5. Liability
5.1 The organiser is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or expenses incurred by participants before, during, or after the event.
5.2 Participants attend the event at their own risk.
5.3 The organiser assumes no liability for personal belongings brought to in-person events.
5.4 The organiser assumes no liability for costs, issues or risks relating to online events.
6. Photography & Media
6.1 The event may be photographed or recorded.
6.2 By attending, you grant permission for your image or likeness to be used for promotional or educational purposes unless you notify the organiser in writing prior to the event.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
7.1 Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event administration and communication.
7.2 We will not share your information with third parties except as required to process payments (e.g., Stripe).
7.3 You may request access, updates, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at [email protected]
8. Payment Processing
8.1 All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
8.2 The organiser does not store or have access to your credit card details.
8.3 Stripe may apply additional fees for international transactions according to their policies.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting this form and completing your payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
