Our Mission

To help businesses increase the focus on their people and their people operations by offering a variety of services to support a productive, positive and forward thinking workforce.

Our Vision

To support individuals and businesses to perform at their best.

To influence positive and strong engagement between people.

We firmly believe that without the right people in your business – you don’t have a viable business.. It’s that simple.

This is especially evident in the SME space when it’s unviable to employ specific resources for all key functions within the business; requiring people to work in broad roles, wearing multiple hats.

Now, even when you feel like you have it all together, things can change. Employees change, market sectors change, clients change and sometimes company cultures change… Now what do you do?!?!?!

The challenge can be having the right network to leverage from. TPN was established in 2017 to support  businesses and individuals with overcoming these ‘People Operations’ challenges.

With diverse and flexible service offerings, we support people & businesses to perform at their best with efficient systems & processes and a ‘people focused’ approach.

We look forward to adding you to our network.

Adrian Brown

Adrian has worked in the People Operations space since 2007. He has been involved in some start-ups, run his own small photography business and worked across Insurance, Sports, Hospitality & Retail sectors in different capacities.

From 2007 to 2017, Adrian predominantly worked in the agency side of the recruitment industry & managed teams for both start up & global businesses. He worked across a variety of sectors (too many to fit here!), a lot of which have been quite technical in nature.

Starting TPN in 2017, Adrian was determined to add ‘real value’ to clients across a diverse range of services as he felt clients expected and deserved more than what the traditional model offered.

Inherently a helper, Adrian supports his ‘Network’ to better understand, communicate, manage, measure and drive people with passion and purpose.  He only works one way – 100% transparently; entering every engagement with the best interests of his ‘people’ and will hold himself accountable to achieve a great result.

Meghan Hinchey

Working in the corporate world for several years, Meghan is all too familiar with the demands and stresses of pressing deadlines. It was during this career when Meghan’s passion for health and fitness really started to unravel. Alarmed by how misled and misinformed many people were about their health, she decided to pursue a career in Holistic Lifestyle Coaching.

Getting people out of their office chairs and into the fresh air is one of Meghan’s main drivers and this, combined with her enthusiasm and practical philosophies based around the six foundations of health positions Meghan well to share key information and strategies to encourage others along a positive path promoting how to eat, move and be healthy.

Since becoming a Mother, empowering women to nourish themselves and create better health for themselves and their family have become close to Meghan’s heart. All of her methods revolve around healthy body image and sustainable, long-term health which strengthen her specialties for pre and postnatal conditioning, female strength training and school fitness programs for teen girls.

Meghan runs individual, group and corporate training programs in person and supports people through nutrition, movement and wellness programs online.
